That teachers and the personnel in the general affair section with difference years of service have 95% of confidence level towards Green Procurement is significantly different. 5. That teachers and the personnel in the general affair section with different educational levels have 95% of confidence level towards Green Procurement is significantly different. 6. The personnel in the general affair sections from different school scales display significantly different levels in the categories of “the personal experience in applying for the green products or in suggesting that the school purchase green products” and “the attitude towards schools’ propelling Green Procurement”, and so do the teachers from different schools. Based on the result, the study addresses several suggestions to educational directors in elementary schools and educational administrative organizations in propelling Green Procurement so as to better the efficacy in carrying out Green Procurement. Furthermore, the study suggests the possible direction for the future studies, hoping that schools and organizations will work together to comprehensively achieve Green Procurement on campuses.
