This research collected 398 valid questionnaires and the response rate was 95%. The distribution of age was from 16 to 45 years old. Most of them were young people. About the users’ satisfaction to environmental attribute of bikeway, natural environment and social environment were more satisfied than management environment and the environment of bikeway instruments, especially on the shading planting. However, only different occupation of users had different satisfaction to the whole environmental attribute. The users’ different basic attributes resulted to different consideration concepts of bike instruments and environment. Also the consideration factors of the bike instruments and environment gave excellent explanation ability to environment attribute. In the final we provided future designs and plans with management suggestion for the development of suitable bike environment.
