Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理學系碩士班 === 98 === This study focuses on evaluating elementary school parents’ perceptions toward school administrative service quality and school satisfaction in Changhwa City and comparing the dissimilarities of the perceptions from parents and schools with different backgrounds. It also scrutinizes the relationship between school administrative service quality and school satisfaction in order to analyze parents’ feedback on school administrative service quality. Parents from 16 elementary schools in Changhwa City were selected as targets of this study which was conducted via the questionnaire investigation method. Total of 924 questionnaires was distributed while 897 of them were returned. The retrieved probability was 97.1%. There were 868 effective questionnaires and the probability of the usable questionnaires was 96.8%. The SPSS Chinese 12.0 version statistics method was adopted to conduct descriptive statistics, t test, One Way Anova, and Pearson product-moment correlation. From the data analyzed, the study concludes: 1. There are no obvious differences between fathers’ and mothers’ perceptions toward elementary school administrative service quality and school satisfaction in Changhwa City. 2. The points of parents’ perceptions toward elementary school administrative service quality and school satisfaction in Changhwa City are above the average. “Reaction” has the highest score. 3. “Economy and education” have obvious influence on parents’ perceptions toward elementary school administrative service quality and school satisfaction in Changhwa City. There is noticeable difference of the perception from the parents with higher income. Those parents with higher education want more assurance from school administration system and ask for better school facilities. 4. Except “reliability,” there is noticeable difference of the perception toward elementary school administrative service quality from the parents representing different school scales. The perception of the parents from small schools is higher. Finally, according to the result of the study, the suggestions are proposed for education executive authorities and school organization’s future study reference.
