economic level, the population of bike-riding appears with the thought of saving energy.
For the convenience and comfort when people taking this kind of activity, government
build many bikeways, but how to judge these bikeways reach the conditions of sustainable
development which is deeply concerned in environmental issues nowadays, it becomes
necessary to develop a system for assessing.
This research referred to the way for collecting relative criterion by studying literature,
considered the ability of operating, with the questionares for experts and fuzzy delphi
method, 6 aspects and 16 criterion appeared. after that, considered the inner-dependences
and outer-independences between all aspects and criterion with the method of ANP, got
every criteria’s weight-value by by-pair comparisons and super-matrix calculations.
After developing the system, we can find the environmental protection is still the
most important, and this system can be referred to judge if the bikeways reach the
conditions of sustainable development or not.
