There are many researches indicate that green information technology could reduce business operating costs. The way to enhance enterprise image is green IT implementation which is our primary goal for the modern enterprise. This study categorizes 27 indicators into the four product life cycle and three green approaches using grounded theory. This study collected data from sixteen companies including NB industry chain and brand vendors in Taiwan, USA, Japan and Korea. The paper proposes (1) six propositions including the brand venders lack to commit the deep green approach sufficiently in domestic NB industry chain; (2)five propositions including the brand venders including the Taiwan brand vender do not have enough commitment to the deep green approach in international NB brand vender.
