Description
Summary:碩士 === 清雲科技大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 98 === In this paper, within a step by a first-order (Inward steps, IS), outward-step order (Outward steps, OS) and parallel step bands (parallel steps, PS), three U-shaped microstrip structure, λ / 2 resonator, in order to individually or mutual coupling homostructure or heterostructure form with different configurations of the bandpass filter. The different configurations of bandpass filter, through the simulation comparator, with its coupling with the homostructure adopted in the two ISSIR intercalatum coupling by the frequency response of bandpass filter the best, its frequency response - the center frequency: 3.5GHz, insertion loss:-0.28dB,-3dB bandwidth: 2.4GHz, transmission zeros:-45dB, ratio of bandwidth: 69%; the a micro-level of degree miniaturization better than OSSIR and PSSIR of the filter configuration. In addition, for this structure with different dielectric constant to be simulated frequency response, by the simulation results, when the dielectric constant the smaller the wider the bandwidth, the center frequency to high frequency mobile, transmission zero are the lower, the insertion loss is also the smaller the proportion of bandwidth is also larger. The actual production coupled with ISSIR intercalatum bandpass filter configuration, and measured its frequency response, the results with the simulated frequency response very similar, the center frequency: 3.6GHz, insertion loss:-0.26dB,-3dB bandwidth : 2.6GHz, Transmission Zeros:-48dB, ratio of bandwidth: 72%.
