Summary:碩士 === 清雲科技大學 === 電機工程所 === 98 === Abstract The purpose of this thesis is to design and implement a full-digitalized control system is based on digital signal controller (DSC) for a solar-powered vehicle, which is driven by a brushless dc motor (BLDCM) drive. The hardware of man-machine interface consists of a TFT LCD 3.5” touch panel, RS-485 communication interface with BLDCM driver, and the 16-bit low power microcontroller. In order to improve the performance of the speed control, a proportional-integral controller is applied for the control system. The protective circuit for solar vehicle, which includes overvoltage, overcurrent and power module temperature, can provide a secure operation of the motor drive. Experimental results are shown that that electronic control system of the solar powered vehicle can provide the user friendly interface, safe operation environment, low cost and the high-efficiency.
