Summary:碩士 === 清雲科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 98 === The purpose of this research is to study the motivations of online games players, leisure constraints, the features of customers’ satisfactions, differences and relevant circumstances. The results of this study will be provided to the gaming company in Taiwan, digital technology company and other relevant organizations of game research for their reference of any strategies. The questionnaire of this research which is via the online survey system of All Rights Reserved focuses on online game players. And the participants are throughout northern, middle, southern, east Taiwan and outer islands. The scale of this survey uses “Likert-type Scale” which ranges from very satisfied, satisfied, ordinary, unsatisfied to very unsatisfied. And the points are 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1.The returned questionnaires are 239 and the ratio of useable questionnaire is 97%. The information of questionnaire, according to the purpose of research and the needs of hypothesis testing, is analyzed in the way of SPSS. The findings are: (1) The different backgrounds of online game players, their motivations, leisure constraints and the marketing satisfactions have significant differences. (2) The online game players’ motivations and leisure constraints have canonical correlation. (3) The online game players’ motivations and the marketing satisfactions have canonical correlation.
