Summary:碩士 === 清雲科技大學 === 電腦通訊與系統工程研究所 === 98 === In this thesis, a remote control bio-sensing system is proposed. Its sensing unit is an elongated prism. As a heterodyne optical source is launched into the elongated prism at a suitable incident angle to lock-in amplifier(LIA) (SR-830 or NI USB4431). We can obtain the phase difference between s- and p- polarizations at the output of the reflective elongated prism. By numerical computation, we can achieve the related parameters of the tested medium. The remote control bio-sensing system can achieve the best resolution of 8.2335*10^-8 RIU (reflective index unit). Besides, we can obtain the results of the experiment in a distant place by uses of the USB data acquisition card (DAQ card) and server. In all modesty, we must state that the remote control bio-sensing system is original and valuable for integrated circuits (IC) industry, electro-optical industry and precision industry, biochemical sensing, etc. The remote control bio-sensing system has some merits, e.g., (1) a simple optical setup, (2) easy operation, (3) high measurement accuracy, (4) high resolution, (5) high sensitivity, (6) rapid measurement, (7) high stability, and (8) remote capture , etc.
