In order to elevate their core a-bility and lead to succeed.Besides adopting the studying method of A-nalytic Hierarchy Process, the thesis also use thirteen criteria inc-luding four core parts such as profession and knowledge,management c-ompetence, interpersonal relationship and characters to evaluate the abilities of project management.
According to the study, the importance of core competence of pr-oject management varies by industries. The most important is integri-ty and leadership competence. Second, the industry should offer a well-founded training program. Third, develop in thee system integr-ation capabilities, the proposed project manager in training issues, job rotation can be classified as full-screen indicators of project managers or reference. Last, experiences can be the main criteria of five evaluations. Companies adopt not only formal training or acade-mic training program but also consulting skills can develop project managements’ competence.
