Therefore, this study aims at clarifying the relationship between role conflict, organizational justice and workplace friendship. The samples were staff and faculty in the middle of Taiwan. 280 questionnaires were sent out and the valid questionnaires were 251 by deleting incomplete or poor response questionnaires. The response rate is 89.6%. The empirical data showed that the relationship between role conflict and workplace friendship was not supported.
