Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 98 === The purposes of this research are: (1) to realize the perceived coach leadership
behavior, trust in leadership and team cohesion in the elementary school dodgeball
players; (2) to compare the differences of coach leadership behavior, trust in leadership
and team cohesion for different background players; (3) to research the influence of
coach leadership behavior and trust in leadership toward team cohesion. Methods: this
research is to regard the dodgeball players of the team A and team B in elementary
school as the target, who joined the dodgeball championship of the Speaker of Taichung
County Council’s cup in 2010. This thesis used questionnaire investigation to study,
there were 340 available copies. This research was analyzed by descriptive statistics,
independent sample t-test, single-factor variation analysis, Pearson’s product moment
correlation and regression. The following results were obtained: 1. The players on the
coach leadership behavior, trust in leadership and team cohesion are high perceived
quality; 2. There were sighificant differences among different grades, period of training
and practice time in the perceived coach leadership behavior, trust in leadership and
team cohesion; 3. There were sighificant effects with trust in leadership on coach
leadership behavior; 4. There were sighificant effects with team cohesion on coach
leadership behavior; 5. There were sighificant effects with team cohesion on trust in
leadership; 6.The trust in leadership will be the influences on team cohesion that was
through the intermediate effect of the trust in leadership.
