However, many schools decide to build up e-campus based on whole-school consideration so that many complicated factors are entangled together. The needs of school students and staff seem to be ambiguous and hard to distinguish for lack of the over-all planning. As a result, how to evaluate the ex-tent of e-campus and realize its needs has become an important issue. This study is aimed at investigating its essential and dispensable indicators, framework and models. Building up the e-campus evaluate will make it easy for school to evaluate its own e-campus extent. By so doing, general ideas of building up e-campus environment will be achieved; furthermore, to offer school some references for estab-lishing its own e-campus. A vocational high school has been taken as an example in this study. Through tho-rough documentary investigation, the basic structure of e-campus has been set up. After an intensive interview with all the professional information in school and the application of coding analyses in grounded theory, its general factors and indicators have been found out. By analyzing the indicators with Interpretive Structural Modeling, the rela-tions among the indicators have emerged and the e-campus evaluation model will be gained. The following are the results of this study, the evaluation structure for vocational high schools to build up e-campus: five constructs, seventeen factors and forty-six indi-cators. These study results can be provided for school authorities to examine the devel-opment of e-campus, and sever as reference and guidelines of the future information bases development and e-campus self-evaluation in school affair evaluation.
