There are two meanings for this. One is to maximize all the utilization of equipments; the other is to maximize the OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency). The following research focuses on developing the EMS (Equipment Management System), for security management and feedback mechanism of production information. The system includes some function modules which are designed to assist factory to monitor the equipments in maintenance, production control, data recording and analysis, and so forth. After the application, the equipments security management is able to assist the operators avoiding the human errors. The equipments maintenance management is able to record and build the historical data of malfunctions to decrease the chance of repair. And the feedback mechanism of production information is able to boost efficiency and decrease human errors.
