Therefore, it is needed to select projects that fit the aims of enterprises.
Due to not considering resource constraints in determining project portfolio, the projects selected usually end to be delayed and products could not be launched in time .In order to solve above problem, this research develops a mathematical model that aims to maximize the profits of the enterprise considering resource constraints to find the best product portfolio. Besides, sensitivity analysis of profits is also conducted to realize the effects of resource variation.
