Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 光電研究所 === 98 === Absorption gas cell combined with hollow-core photonic crystal fiber and a home-made vacuum chamber build an acetylene saturation absorption spectrum. In effect absorption length, this kind of fiber can raise the superposition between the pump beam and probe beam and enhance saturation absorption signal intensity. A DFB laser diode is amplified then sent into the absorption gas cell as the pump beam, and another external cavity diode laser propagates the same way into the cell as the probe beam. The saturation absorption spectrum of R(9) transition of acetyleneν1+ν3 band is observed at 1520.08 nm. The other one, the absorption spectrum of P(9) transition of acetyleneν1+ν3 band is observed at 1530.37 nm and counts the average of saturation intensity is 1.37×109 W/m2.
