The onboard computer, NI sbRIO-9631, acquires the data of attitude sensor, GPS receiver, RF module and altimeter through RS-232. At the same time, the flight status of the aircraft is analyzed by the flight control software coded by author. After calculating, the instructions will be sent to MiniSSC-II servo controller to command the control surfaces for adjusting the heading and attitude of the aircraft and to guide it to the destination. The aircraft can transmit its status to the ground control station; the ground control station can also send new waypoints back to the aircraft. If the situation of the aircraft is unable to meet the expectation, it will return to the take-off point automatically.
