The main research subject is to build the construction of Production performance indicator regarding this industrial. Which is including three parts, the middle and long term visio and strategic planning, extending of performance indicator of balanced score card (BSC). As the research to develop the balanced score card for construction and relation of Production performance indicator about this industrial. Secondly, to counter the process of research of this company by three steps for research and analyze including the foundation of performance indicator initially, the interview of expert for critical success factor (CSF) analysis, specific implementation of production performance indicators established. Small and mideum enterprises manages are ofter biased towards the performance testing patterns of financial indicator, while ignoring the view of other construction plane. Therefore, managers will lack the overall of the view of management performance. Adopting balanced score card (BSC) is to look after the importance of both management and financial indicator. The purpose is to build the completed each performance manager indicator for the process of production and manufacturing in shoes injection machinery industy, which is for the reference of performance management of the case studying company. In the four construction planes, in addition to short-term financial indicators, include three long-term indicators of customer satisfaction innex, internal processes, organizational learning and growth. Balanced score card (BSC) is not only a tool of performance evaluation but also a management system.
