It is a great opportunity for the development of country-side restaurant. However, it is not easy to manage this business because of the following issues, for from the metropolitan areas, peak / low seasons, the weather factor…etc. Particularly, how to attract the for away potential consumer as your customers. The study is going to focus on this issue as the objective of this thesis to explore and discuss.
