Summary:碩士 === 佛光大學 === 管理學系 === 98 === The purpose of this study is to research the Teaching Efficiency that are influenced by Work Value and Organization Culture, and make an empirical study surveyed from the junior high schools’ teachers in Yilan County.During the study, at first I had to collect the theories, documents, and researches of related scholars. And then basing on these resources, I made the survey form titled “The Study of The influences to Teaching Efficiency Causing from Work Value and Organization Culture.” Afterward, on the use of the survey study methods, I took the public junior high schools’ teachers as the objects to do the questionnaire survey. After gathering back the questionnaire, I did the reliability analysis and factor analysis first (to compute the factor loading), to establish the researching tools’ reliability and validity.And then I can proceed the formal testing with using T test, Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis, such as these statistical analyses techniques to understand what kind of influence will be caused to Teaching Efficiency when teachers are under different school cultures, and what kind of influence will be caused by Work Value. From the research of the discussion among Organization Culture, Work Value, and Teaching Efficiency related issues, I got the research conclusion bellowed: 1.The establishment and the adjustment of appropriate work value are helpful in upgrading the teaching efficiency. 2.Teachers must adjust themselves by the differences of the cultural styles to upgrade the teaching efficiency. 3.The cultural type mixed by the associated and the nimble ones has greater influences to Teaching Efficiency caused from Organization Culture and Work Value than other cultural types. 4.Education and schools’ conductors may build up the Work Value, and the adjustment of Organization Culture in facing different cultural types to upgrade the teaching efficiency. I hope that the study will be able to help all the experts propose deeper research conclusion, find the ways to improve the teaching efficiency, and give effective advices to the related associations.
