In the proteomics technology, Two-dimensional electrophoresis combined with mass spectrometry analysis of the most usually used. Leading cause of death in Taiwan, the 『hypertension, hyperlipidemia, high blood sugar』, stroke, diabetes and cardiovascular disease, are in the top ten causes of death. Cardiovascular disease include hypertension, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral blood supply insufficiency. High blood sugar Rat, the probability of suffering from intracerebral hemorrhage is higher, and cerebral hemorrhage, bleeding area is relatively large. However, explore the effects of hyperglycemia on the mechanism of cerebral hemorrhage , When to brain hemorrhage caused by acupuncture, streptozotocin induced disease of rats with high blood sugar, blood sugar levels and bleeding area than normal control rat, When the two-dimensional electrophoresis of normal blood sugar and high blood sugar model mice brain tissue, the protein found in dozens of bleeding because of acupuncture, which produce changes in expression. However, the performance of several proteins trend, implies that high glucose may directly or indirectly affect the expression of these proteins, thereby affecting the scope of cerebral hemorrhage. Related molecular mechanisms remain to be further clarified. 陳翰民 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 153 zh-TW
