Description
Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 98 === This study aims to propose a new concept of ubiquitous home healthcare environment by means of implementing an electronic healthcare emergency reporting and instrument positioning system. It can not only enhance the convenience of home healthcare, but also the speed of emergency reporting about abnormal physiological signals and the quality of healthcare service. In the future, we hope that the scope of home healthcare can be expanded to cover the entire community, even the entire neighborhood. In the healthcare emergency reporting system, first, it monitors and collects the cared people’s physiological signals. Then, it transfers the collected data to the hospital's healthcare mainframe storage. Secondly, we use the fuzzy expert system to analyze the cared people’s physiological signals. Through the above steps, we can determine the cared people’ risk level. When the cared people’ risk level lies in the third to the seventh levels, the fuzzy expert system will show different alerts to the caring givers. In the positioning system, we use the radio frequency identification (RFID) technology and the RFID tag’s signal strength to locate the medical instruments in hospitals. When the positioning system is built completely, caregivers can use the positioning function to search instruments in the health care monitor system. The RFID reader reads the RFID tag’s ID and RFID tag’s signal strength, and we can understand the position that the instrument which we searched for by RFID tag’s ID, and how far the instrument is according to the signal strength of RFID tag. With this technology, when the cared one needs to be given for emergency medical care, the caregivers can find the required instruments quickly and thus effectively reduce the preparation time. As a result, the caregivers can provide better healthcare services.
