碩士 === 華梵大學 === 工業工程與經營資訊學系碩士班 === 98 === Generally speaking, information system (IS) development can be based upon three strategic ways: in-house development, purchasing software package and outsourcing. This research applied analytic hierarchy process (AHP) technique to identify the priority of IS development, and the results are as follows: outsourcing, in-house development and purchasing software package. Furthermore, according to AHP approach, the decision hierarchy had been constructed by eight criteria: information security, service, provider’s stability, technical ability, strategy, price, maintenance fee and training cost. Finally, the study is to evaluate the effect of the IS development by End-user Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). After analyzing the questionnaires, the order of five main satisfaction factors are as follows: accuracy, content, ease of use, format and timeliness.
