This study conducted a questionnaire survey, released "participation and ego-identity status scale" to give the case school freshman class of counseling and guidance services student volunteers, altogether 153 effective samples, the collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, chi-square test, independent sample T test, ANOVA, analysis and correlation analysis to validate the assumptions. The results of this study are as follows: 1.The case school consults the voluntary students for counseling center by the female, the engineering institute majority 2.The case school student’s ego-Identity is on the medium degree 3.Willingness of participation is an important influence for participants in case university. 4.Voluntary students for counseling center and service-learning students have different participant motivation. 5.Orientation training is negatively related to developing autonomy. 6.Population statistic variable and participation variable are not influence on ego-Identity. 7.Participant motivation and participant harvests are positively related to ego-Identity. 8.The different participation of participants will give different participant harvests. According to the result of the study, we provides some direction for recruitment, training and service in case university, and some suggestion to follow up research.
