It is the milestone of an official direct flight policy coming into reality between Taiwan and Mainland China. Taiwan has a longer history in airline industry comparing Mainland China. Its multi-international commercial activities connected to the world enable Taiwan to develop early aviation servicing experience. Should we observe the recent economical status of Mainland China, though we may find excellent growth on its building-up on aviation construction and infrastructures, its development of related service is still weak. In large, as humanity is still a state of art. Such software will take time to develop. Nonetheless, as Air China transport capacity grow in Asia at an increasing rate of 15%-20% annually, surrounded by foreign competitors, it is important for Taiwan operator to keep intensive corporation relationship with Chinese carriers, and to vitalize its internal market through expertise and experiences within the region, and to keep its present competitive edge in the future. During such a globalization era, international trade has penetrated terrain and landforms. Trading not only means goods and materials, but also human resource, capital and data. The exchange of human resource and data constitutes a major part of education services. Rather than tangible goods trading, the aforementioned trading would also significantly influences industry competitiveness. In the sense, a country, which exports service of education, must obtain such advantage in order to attract foreign investors. The purpose of this research intends to stress that, facing new economical market of China, when China Airlines export its service of Cabin Crew training experiences to Mainland Chinese carriers, Taiwan enjoys its competitive edge. The strategic collaboration relationship between China Airlines and China Southern Airlines will further provide future opportunities at different levels of business on both sides of the Taiwan Strait. In the meantime, industrial clustering and grouping effect would become an issue worth focusing on. LIN,CHIH CHENG 林志誠 學位論文 ; thesis 114 zh-TW
