The DSSCs could be manufactured by screen printing as one of the most promising. It is an advantage that the manufactured cost of DSSCs is low. The study develops not only the components of DSSCs device but also the screen printing process. The commercial available nano powders of TiO2 (P25) were used to prepare three types of TiO2 pastes which include the PEG, PVA, and binder free. Determining the relationship between the converting efficiency of DSSCs and sintering temperature. The TiO2 electrode structure is analyzed by XRD and SEM. The difference was studied by comparing the N719 DSSCs with D205 DSSCs. The absorption of two different dyes with TiO2 was studied by UV visible and FT-IR. Two kinds of electrolytes were used in DSSC, one is the alcohol and the other is the acetonitrile. The difference was studied by comparing these two different electrolytes. The interior resistance of electrolytes also was analyzed. The H2PtCl6 was blended with the commercial available carbon paste to prepare the electrodes by the screen printing. This process could reduce the manufactured cost of the electrode. The DSSCs was assembled by the described above components and the efficiency of the light converts to electricity was measured.
