Therefore, it is much more important for one’s career planning that emotional intelligence and human relationship do matter. This study focus on discussing the effect of emotional intelligence on learning planning for freshman students under longitudinal data model, and human relationship plays as the mediation variable. Colleges include public and private school. The transfer adjustment model suggested by this study was tested by SEM. The statistical results showed: (1) different emotional intelligence possess noticeably to learning planning; (2) different emotional intelligence doesn''t possess noticeably to human relations; (3) different human relations doesn''t possess noticeably to learning planning.
