碩士 === 義守大學 === 工業工程與管理學系碩士班 === 98 === Facing the fast-changing society, traditional farming style has been replaced by industrialization, emphasizing more and more on service than manufacturing. Therefore, it is much more important for one’s career planning that emotional intelligence and human relationship do matter. This study focus on discussing the effect of emotional intelligence on learning planning for freshman students under longitudinal data model, and human relationship plays as the mediation variable. Colleges include public and private school. The transfer adjustment model suggested by this study was tested by SEM. The statistical results showed: (1) different emotional intelligence possess noticeably to learning planning; (2) different emotional intelligence doesn''t possess noticeably to human relations; (3) different human relations doesn''t possess noticeably to learning planning. Suggestions related to school educators and counselors are also provided, as well as further research.
