| Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 工業工程與管理學系碩士班 === 98 === In recent year, environmental protect has become more important in the world. The enterprise implements the green supply chain management in organize, therefore many enterprises purchase the environmental protection product, Light Emitting Diode (LED), solar cell. The research purpose to establish method to evaluates performance of green supply chain in Taiwan LED companies.
The research uses questionnaire to obtain the data and get weight by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), then use method of regression analysis and path analysis to realize impact relationship between factors. The research finds Taiwanese LED industry needs to focus on two dimensions of design and finance when they implement the green supply chain. The research also finds that Taiwanese LED industry implement GSC actually focus on dimension of manufacture. It’s obviously difference between theory and fact.
To compare one stage result of analysis with two stage, The research find two item of evaluative factor, develop green process technique and gain more international environment protect certificate, need to improve in Taiwanese LED companies. There are two contribution of the research, establish method to evaluate effect of implement GSC by score table and provide advance evaluate by diagram of path analysis to Taiwanese LED companies and customers.
