Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理學院碩士班 === 98 === In response to the rapid changes in the international situation, the increasing threat of China, defense resource allocation, military internal innovation in recent years, Ministry of Defence have been forcing on Organizational Change for years. In addition to eliminate the costs of administration and personnel operation thereby enhancing efficiency and implement the concept of decentralization, it also experienced a Organizational downsizing for cutting unnecessary manpower and adjusting the flow path of administrative affairs. I designed a questionnaire based on gaining the thoughts and motivations by calling on couples of commanders of squadrons and directors of different divisions of Tainan air base as a study sample for researching the relationship between organizational change and staff resignation thereby analyzing it’s attached problems and complementary measures as a reference for future operation People servicing in the 433th air force base are the main researching target. After sent out questionnaires, it had reached a 241 valid collection. After then I processed an empirical study with the statistical method including “Factor analysis”, “Reliability analysis”, “Cross-test analysis” and “Regression analysis” The result of specific findings are: (1) educational attainment compare to people’s resignation tendency has a significant difference (2) military rank compare to people’s resignation tendency has a significant difference (3) servicing time compare to people’s resignation tendency has a significant difference (4) gender compare to people’s aware of organizational change has a significant difference (5) the age compare to people’s aware of organizational change has a significant difference (6) military rank compare to people’s aware of organizational change has a significant difference (7) servicing time compare to people’s aware of organizational change has a significant difference. In our country, the members of military organization under this kind of transformation will disappointed to their future, because their work will become heavier and the promotion chance reduce suddenly. They cannot be rewarded equivalently. That’s why the outstanding one will feel tired or unintentional at work. Now we have to do is to make helpful promotion or positive plans to the staff who work and take responsibility diligently, it will raise the morale of junior officers
