Furthermore, the ultimate goal of a structure should satisfy users’ needs and the problem cannot be limited to be seen by a professional through his familiar viewpoint. In recently years, the maximum issues in buying houses which customers appeal and mediate focus on qualities. Under the circumstance of asymmetric information from both parties, how do customers evaluate the construction quality of house? Will the construction quality of house affect customers to buy the houses? Which quality strategy and method shall house providers (builders) come up with from operation planning, design planning, construction to completion to use and manage in order to ensure the construction quality of house for customers? This research focuses on literature review, questionnaire survey, expert interviews and statistical analysis as supplement to regard as the main research method. As for the literature review, the relevant theories and empirical data of the construction quality of house from domestic to abroad, customers’ acts of buying houses, government views civil house quality policy and present quality of housing evaluation are collected as the basis of setting up the research structure. In terms of questionnaire survey, it was designed with Likert / summated scales. Moreover, the director of Architecture Association who has the practical experiences is interviewed to evaluate the validity of questionnaire of this research. Then, the investigation is carried out again by using the questionnaires which have been modified via pre-test and item analysis. The result of quantitative data is statistically analyzed based on factor analysis, cross-exam analysis of different variables and multiple regression analysis. Through the result, it is found that: (1)Most customers judge the construction quality of house by virtue of their impression to builders. (2)Customers’ needs for buying houses are based on their direct feelings. (3)The construction quality of house is a highly involved knowledge and ordinary customers can not easily tell apart. (4)Customers quite agree that builders devote to the strategy of promoting the construction quality of house. (5)The older they are, the more they value the way the house providers (builders) do to the construction quality of house. (6)Freelances understand the construction quality of house more than other professions. (7)The middle class understand the construction quality of house more than other salary class.
