Besides, it provides multimedia entertainments, creates special communities, it also influences the method of information collection and classification. Although the current network infrastructure is well established, both the network industry that provides the digital content and application services and users are not satisfied with the expectation and needs. Thus to provide the high quality service to the users under the limited resource becomes the topic of this research. A new edutainment P2P live stream system (EPLS) is introduced here which based on the distributed system architecture and provide a new framework which comprises three main parts: 1. industry analysis, future development and the advantage of combine the P2P services, 2. index services with content feature classification and 3. streaming service. A kind of novel digital content platform via P2P architecture and RSS technique can share the digital contents to the users. The proposed improvement method involves summing up and analyzing the consideration factors and restriction factors involving live stream quality during system operations plus distributed Rate-Distortion optimized path selection algorithm based on multipath streaming concept and receiver-driven approach. This distributed algorithm enables the system to evaluate the current network status, in order to optimize the end-to-end distortion of P2P networks.
