However, the domestic manufacturer envies the high profit of the foreign brand manufacturers, not only control higher profit, but also make upgrading in domestic. Not all industries are suitable, different industries development in different stage, value added formation curve, not necessarily the smiling curve. Therefore, the industry characteristic, core competence influences to the business model transfer and performance.The questionnaire using convenience sampling to collect data by visiting. The sample of 103 manufacturers, analysis with the statistics software of SPSS 12.0, results showed that market variability has a positive influence on manufacturing integrity competence and product development competence, manufacturing integrity competence has a positive influence on OEM deepening and OEM performance, product development competence has a positive influence on ODM deepening and ODM performance,brand shape competence has a positive influence on OBM deepening and OBM performance, competence leverage has a positive influence on performance.Hope to provide some help to those who want to transition the industry, examine industry characteristics, core competence of self industry, and then decide the direction of competence leverage, to achieve high performance goals.
