Summary: | 碩士 === 開南大學 === 企業與創業管理學系 === 98 === In such economic recession, government aiming to balance revenue and expenditures decides to cut every department’s budgets. They hope to spend money on absolute necessities and release must success governmental operations, so they take the preparation of the operation very seriously. Furthermore, Taiwan’s social culture is filled with many intersections of traditions and multi-cultures and these are also rich elements for developing cultural creative industries. While promoting cultural creative industries, they hope to drive other industrial creative trends in order to mark Taiwan’s humane and economical global positioning.
This research is to pinpoint the activities of county and city governments’ critical success factors towards hosting exhibitions and its related literatures through induction, aggregation, and discussion to find out the qualified criterion and develop hierarchical level diagram. Through professional surveying to revise the hierarchical level diagram and combining the AHP for analytic results to measure the importance of the qualified criterion to the the activities of county and city governments, in order to build a model that will fit the organizer’s qualified criterion.
The 5 most important criterion that the analytics value are: innovation of the activities makes up 0.2315 of the overall importance; Exposure of the media publicity makes up 0.1114 of the overall importance; word-of-mouth of the activities make up 0.1043 of the overall importance; design of the Tourists interactive makes up 0.0949 of the overall importance; and the types of activities makes up the 0.0699 of the overall importance.
This research hopes to provide references to related units promoting cultural creative industrial activities to give more depth into understanding current and future industrial development and make up related information for future researchers.
