碩士 === 開南大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 98 === Project management simulation is a project management theory and methodology of experimental research system which applied computers and its related softwares (such as Microsoft Project 2007, a system dynamic simulation software) based on a multi-disciplinary project management theory. The complexity and dynamicity of project management are made by many uncertain factors, which exist in every processes of project management. To enhance the feasibility of the project can start before the project can be carried out ad hoc assessments, when assessment is completed to determine the possible results of the ad hoc decision making. We would like to find out the levels of mechanism and frequency of project management through system simulation. The purpose of this research is to provide a scientific reference of decision making to project managers. In the project life cycle assessment for the project can be divided into three stages, namely stages of project definition and decision making, project planning and design phase, project organization and implementation phases and project completion and delivery stage. At each stage of it because of efficiency, then the project will perform a full degree of relative importance, which many , project management information system is also developed and the discussion, ifferent types of projects they developed information systems also have different stress on the stage. This article main discusses project management information management system to be used in project management scenario simulations, which is aimed at practical implementation of the project before the start with our Monte Carlo simulation to understand the project execution stage of the risks involved, and then through a system simulation approach to project reduce the uncertainty at all stages. First makes the comparative analysis four project management information system by the work place, then applies on two project management information system in the project management simulation makes the actual surface to carry out the feasibility analysis, will provide establishes the project management simulated environment system design and the analysis reference in the future.
