碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士在職專班 === 98 === Since the industrial age, it brings many different advanced technologies, but it also considers as a great damage to the ecological environment; therefore, national governments make green laws and regulations to curb the environmental destruction. Also, there are many academic literature of this subject. Indeed, the former subjects of the green product only aims at the product supply and supplier and so on that discuss its purchase behavior, such as its purchase correlation factors, the recycling, and so on. In fact, there still is no coordination. There is no coordination that aims the new product development and its design stage, namely consideration environmental friendly protection subject and so on related research. Therefore, this research develops a new point of view from the traditional design process, collaborative development of new product design process, environmental regulations and other issues and also attempts carries collaborative development for the green new products at the design stage consideration and environmental protection regulations case studies. This research takes new product coordination development design primarily and green environmental protection laws and regulations as auxiliary, constructs framework of this study, and explores the collaborative development of new products environmental protection of the green environmental protection laws and regulations. This case study studies Taiwan locomotive industry as example and obtains the acquisition of information and the thorough interview. The result of the study: The enterprise takes account of the new product coordination development design stage, the green environmental protection laws, and regulations the consideration, and its flow procedures are different from the former traditional development. Therefore, not only the new product developed processes and its construction must redesign, but it also would affect enterprise’s purchase factors, its manufacture department, and its operation way.
