The present research used questionnaire method based on the supervisor and subordinate of finance industry and insurance industry in Taiwan. Using the convenience sampling, there are 310 pairs of total questionnaires, and 206 pairs were received and valid. The empirical results of this study were as following: 1. Sexual pairs of supervisor - subordinate in Authoritative leadership behavior. It shows that male supervisor with female subordinate shows higher Authoritative leadership behavior than female supervisor with female subordinate. 2. Supervisor’s sex only had main effect on Authoritative leadership behavior. Compared with female supervisor, male supervisor shows higher Authoritative leadership behavior. 3. Androgyny supervisors show higher Benevolent leadership behavior than undifferent supervisors; howerve, musculity supervisors showed higher Authoritative leadership behavior than feminine supervisors. 4. Supervisor’s sex and sex role had no interaction in Paternalistic leadership behaviors 5. The result indicated that sex made little effect on Paternalistic leadership behaviors, but sex role played a more significant role on supervisor’s Paternalistic leadership behaviors.
