Generally speaking, employees having the creativity self-efficiency have a superior creative performance, they would believe they have the ability to solve complicated problems and to be difficult overcome. this research studies the influence of social cognitive theory of self-efficacy by creative self-efficacy as the starting. this study explores the relationship of creative self-efficacy, creativity and employees’ problem solving skills. In the mean time, the study examines mediating effects of creativity on the relationship between creative self-efficacy and problem solving skills were also examined The present research is based on questionnaire survey from company employees’ and government employees’.Four 1185 questionnaires were sent out and 1043 valid ones were returned. The effective returned rate is 72.74%. This study utilized SPSS 12.0 and LISREL 8.70 to proceed the necessary analyses, including descriptive statistics, reliability and validity, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation, and regression. The empirical results of this study are: 1. Creative Self-Efficacy has a significant positive effect on creativity. 2. Creative Self-Efficacy has a significant positive effect on problem solving skills. 3.
