Empirical research is executed via questionnaire which based on the employees of service trade of Taiwan. A total of 304 questionnaires were presented and 265 completed surveys were returned and compliant a response ratio of 87.2%, hierarchical regression analysis proves relationships between different variables. The conclusions of this study are as followings: 1. Internal Locus of control has positive effects on Job Performance. 2. Internal Locus of control has positive effect on Leader-Member Exchange Relationship. 3. Leader-Member Exchange Relationship has positive effect on Job Performance. 4. Leader-Member Exchange Relationship is a mediating factor between Internal Locus of Control and Job Performance. This study provides academic and suggestions based on above findings.
