The data of temperature, humidity, power quality can be measured and recorded by the sensor, and then the course curve is displayed on the monitor for user. This research utilizes the LabVIEW software to establish the human-machine interface. By the data acquisition hardware (DAQ) and the recorders of harmonic, the signal would be feedback to the system which then compiles the information, and builds a database. This database would be an important basis for the problem diagnosis in future. This system is designed an alarm for warning when the signal of temperature, humidity, power quality higher than limit criterion. The interface would show the warning message on window, and remind the user to repair or adjust in time. This research uses Fuzzy Theory and Fuzzy Control of LabVIEW to design intelligent fans and intelligent Diagnosis system. The intelligent fan can be adjusted automatically according to the change of temperature and humidity, and make the cabinet operate at appropriate environment. We establish a simulation model of cabinet. Through the model and simulation, we can create a similar environment with on-site. This intelligent system can assist user to control and improve the environment in time, and make the stand-alone equipment to operate properly as well as enhance the reliability of equipment.
