Therefore, this study collects literature of corporate administration and new product development, uses Analytic Hierarchy Process to find the critical success factors of product importation. Following are five dimensions of decision factors selected by the experts: overall environment, industry environment, corporate administration team, technical capabilities and financial plans. The results show that the most important dimension is the corporate administration team, and the next is technical capabilities.
