碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 98 === Most of the context-aware services emphasize the interaction between users and their environments. These systems provide users with personalized services but ignore the social relationships among people in the system. To provide a personalized context-aware system with social relationship factors, FOAF (Friend of a Friend project) is used to connect the relationship among users as social networks in this study. The "social relationship" factor was combined with other context factors in the context-reasoning process to make more accurate predictions than traditional approaches. Ontology is used to define the resource of Campus and it is also combined with a SWRL (Semantic Web Rule Language) to construct a Campus context-aware system for actively reasoning users’ context situation. The system also provides users with social activities by using social network mechanism to suggest the appropriate group-mates. The questionnaire for user interaction satisfaction was also used to evaluate user satisfaction about the result of service recommendation by the system. The results showed that most of participants (87%) were satisfied with the services provided by this system.
