It is considered as a modern basis for success of countries, especially in developing countries as Vietnam. In Vietnam, telecommunications companies have faced the innovation of telecommunication technologies and the environmental changes. How to take advantage and of improve weaknesses, get over threats and achieve company objectives is a big challenge not only for companies but also for policy makers. This research analyzes key factors in the formation of a strategy in A company to provide suggestions for other telecommunication companies. Through process of reading domestic and foreign research, gathering and analyzing data, we have found the some following results: A. Companies should apply innovative technologies to improve service quality for all customer segments. B. Business customers should be considered as strategic customer and provide more personalized services to meet their needs. C. Integrated industrial and overall environment analyses, a business strategy; is proposed: through the human technology to provide more value-added services and achieve the final mission – maintain top position in Vietnamese telecommunication market. In Vietnam, telecommunications companies have faced the innovation of telecommunication technologies and the environmental changes. How to take advantage and of improve weaknesses, get over threats and achieve company objectives is a big challenge not only for companies but also for policy makers.
This research analyzes key factors in the formation of a strategy in A company to provide suggestions for other telecommunication companies. Through process of reading domestic and foreign research, gathering and analyzing data, we have found the some following results:
