Hence the issue of a poverty gap has been magnified; How did the enterprise earn their fortune and reinvest in the public welfare activities has been discussed. In the research, the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) built in 1999 by US has been the main frame of corporate social responsibility (CSR). CSR and CAMELS correlation has been approached in economical, social and environmental dimension; moreover, the correlation between CSR of mentioned bank and the operating performance of the enterprises has been studied. The period of this research is from 2002 to 2008; a total of seven years, and the banking industry was selected as a sampling model. According to this research, the economic factor of CSR is strongly correlated to the operating performance of the enterprises but the economic, society and environment factors of CSR has no significant influence on CAMELS. Moreover, CSR has no direct influence on banks operating performance.
