With the powerful features of lightweight, portable, low power, high efficiency and high integration, the optoelectronics industry has already been applied in-depth by various industries and also changing the current operating patterns. In this study, the Quality Function Deployment technology is applied to two-stage deployment of operational capacity planning and action project planning based on the required quality characteristics assessed by wire connector manufacturers.
