Summary:碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 商學與管理研究所 === 98 === This thesis investigates on the feedbacks from the community conducted toward the service quality satisfaction of Motor Vehicle Supervision Office in Taipei City Government using appropriate modern social science investigation method. The feedbacks from people with different social backgrounds are analyzed and summarized in order to provide the Motor Vehicle Supervision Office in Taipei City Government improvement suggestions in various aspects. The feedbacks based on surveys conducted from year 2003 to 2008 are investigated and the software Microsoft Excel 2007 is used to precede statistically analysis. With respect to different aims and data properties Chi-square test and descriptive statistic are used accordingly. The surveys conducted on population are investigated from year 2003 to 2008 and the data states that the proportion of male who took the survey is greater than female. People aged between 30 to 40 years old has the largest proportion in the age distribution section and people with institute of technology degrees has a higher ratio under the education background section. The data analysed by Chi-square test shows that gender of the survey population introduce variations to the rating of service quality satisfaction of Motor Vehicle Supervision Office in Taipei City Government. Education background of the population has no significant impact on the rating. Age distribution is also a variable that cause variations on the rating according to the data obtained in year 2003 and 2007. However from the data obtained in year 2004, 2005 and 2006 there were no significant influences observed.
