Thus, to support R&D to acquire innovation systematically, we’ve developing methods of designing from all aspects, this will help to avoid design error and causing waste in resource. This chapter will use TRIZ method to explain an idea or originality of a new product to proceed with products innovation and creativity, in order to satisfy the needs from all aspect, when developing new product, R&D design engineer will review and evaluate from all aspects, in order to increase product’s value. To achieve the purpose of supping innovation and originality, and to avoid other R&D users misinterpret the design concept, through an example of designing the connector’s inner structure, method of disassemble the product from most efficiency way, the technique to achieve the reusability of a product, and support R&D designer to meet the design concept. This research will use the concept of fast, easy disassemble the pin’s design skill, and using Contradiction Matrix and Inventive Principles from TRIZ method to create new type of buckle that fits for combining and disassembling of a product.
