Summary:碩士 === 立德大學 === 資產管理與城市規劃學系 === 98 === This case study is to discuss the elementary school teachers’ constraint of leisure and benefits of leisure, and to realize the teachers’ leisure favors, the constraint of leisure and the benefits of leisure under different individual backgrounds and environments. The cases are from 31 townships in Tainan County, and one to three school are chosen in every township by stratified random sampling. 460 questionnaires were distributed , and 401 valid questionnaires were available from 412 collected ones. “ Questionnaire of Elementary School Teachers’ Constraint of Leisure and Benefits of Leisure” is used, including four parts: Basic information, Questionnaire of Teachers’ Leisure Favors, Questionnaire of Teachers’ Constraint of Leisure, and Questionnaire of Teachers’ Benefits of Leisure. The collected data was analyzed with SPSS for Windows 12.1, using descriptive statistical analysis, cross-analysis, T-test, one-way analysis of variance, etc. Conclusions were made from the analysis and results. The results of case study are summarized as the followings: 1.‘Reading newspapers and magazines’ shows the highest score in the elementary school teachers’ favors of motionless leisure. 2.‘Being not in tune with time of leisure activities’ shows the highest score in the elementary school teachers’ constraint of leisure. 3.‘Staying in good mood and increasing life pleasure’ shows the highest score in the elementary school teachers’ benefits of leisure. 4.Different background variables show obvious difference in the elementary school teachers’ favors of leisure. 5.Elementary school teachers’ constraint of leisure under varying personal background variables, such as gender, the years of teaching experience, family members, school position, and monthly income have obvious differences, whereas no obvious difference under the variable of marital status 6.Different background variables show obvious difference in the elementary school teachers’ benefits of leisure.
