| Summary: | 碩士 === 立德大學 === 國際企業管理研究所 === 98 === The purpose of this research is to look into the relationships of leisure activity on job stress and organizational citizenship behaviors of junior high school teachers in Tainan county. To achieve the above purposes, first of all, the researcher adopted the methods of theory basis analysis and literature review. Second, the researcher used questionnaire survey to get the study data and then studied the employment type of teachers ,the recent situation of leisure activity, job stress, and organizational citizenship behaviors of junior high school teachers in Tainan county. After all, based on the conclusions from the literature review and survey data, the research addresses some suggestions.
Subjects were sampled from forty-three junior high schools in Tainan county. Two hundred and eighty-five copies of formal questionnaires were delivered to the subject. The collected data were statistically analyzed by SPSS17.0 Windows Version, which include descriptive statistics, pearson product-moment correlation, multiple regression.According to the result of the data analysis, the main findings are as follows:
1.The leisure activities of junior high school teachers in Tainan county are mostly indoor activities in a static state.
2.The whole performance of the Tainan county’s junior high school job stress status is above average.
3.The whole performance of the Tainan county’s junior high school organizational citizenship behavior is great.
4.Employment type of teachers did not show significant moderating effect.
5.Leisure activity and organizational citizenship behaviors take on positive relationship.
6.Leisure activities do not effect teacher’s job stress directly.
7.The more Job stress one has, the less organizational citizenship behaviors he will have.
8.The interactive effect of leisure participation and job can raise the level of the teacher organizational citizenship behavior.
