In an enterprise organization, the leadership takes the role of the soul of business. To sort out the causality between the personality & character of leadership and the relationship between leaders and subordinates is a very urgent priority issue to allow enterprises operating more smoothly and enhancing the competitive advantage in current modern world. In this study, the 10 traditional industries companies in Tainan area were the study samples. The study methodology presented as followina the study motivation, purpose, questions, collect and the literature research, therefore to establish the research structure and design of the questionnaire. The questionnaire objects are the managements and staff of the sampling companies. There were400 questionnaires issued, and 208 valid questionnaires being collected. There were three dimensions of the study, dimensions of population variables, personality dimensions and Working Attitude dimensions. And the statistical methods were employed, the single factor analysis of variance, the factor analysis, and the variance analysis, to study and analyze all the correlation between the factors and dimesions, and the result showed as followings. First, the population statistical factor and personality factor are significances in each dimension. Secondly, the population statistical factor and Working Attitude are significances in each dimension. Third, the significant correlation between personality factors and Working Attitude.
