Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 98 === The globalization trend promoted many enterprises using the mergers and acquisitions methods to expand the "1 +1> 2" multiplying effects. As the business adopted the suitable mergers and acquisitions methods, they will get benefits from reorganization, transformation, economies of scale, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency. However, more than 50% of the acquisition cases did not meet their initial objects. This study used secondary data analysis method to investigate the mergers and acquisitions cases. We explore the major motivation factors of mergers and acquisitions and the characteristics of online companies, and then used the matrix to show the mergers and acquisitions strategy. Finally, we constructed the mergers and acquisitions strategy evaluation model. The results can be referenced by the enterprises for future mergers and acquisitions.
